Penny Black Vase Using Stick and Shine.

 

The stamped images are all Penny Black. The strip across the bottom is foiled with Stick and Shine then colored over with Tim Holtz Oxide inks. The vase and flowers were colored with a water pen and Tim Holtz Oxide Inks.
