Our Girl Graduated.
Our sweet granddaughter Grace graduated with honors from high school last month. I made her a memory quilt to take to college with her. If she gets homesick, she can just wrap herself up in her memories.
I highly recommend Avery light transfer paper. I have tried them all, as I have made a few of these, and Avery by far is the king of transfer paper. The fabric came from a local quilt shop, and it was long-armed by Anne Cook of Anne's Quilts, Plainwell, MI. I used 100% cotton for the white blocks as transfer takes the best with 100% cotton. Two more grandchildren that need to graduate and make a quilt for, then I am retiring.
