2. Do you ever send recycled cards?

Now for the task and this requires that you use the honor system to complete it.

Send a greeting card handmade or not to someone that you would usually not give a card to. Tell them how you have been blessed by them this year.  It is just one card and it may make someone’s day. Then post a second time to let us know who you sent a card to and why they blessed you.By posting twice you have been entered into the drawing twice.

The giveaway ends December 31 at midnight. Open to all in the USA and Canada. Your name will be drawn by random generator.com and the winner will receive a postage paid grab bag worth $25.00 including postage. You have one week to check back here and claim your prize. If not claimed another name will be drawn. Post your answers under this post and be entered into the drawing. If you sign in using
anonymous please leave a first name on the end of your post so I make sure the correct person gets the prize. Thanks and good luck--oh and MERRY CHRISTMAS.

I will be sending 54 and yes they are all homemade. I made 104 this year, some of which I give and not mail.
No, I do not send recycled cards. If they are given to me, especially homemade cards I treasure them.

I will be writing 102 cards this year. I made about thirty of them.

I don't recycle cards...not even sure what you mean by that. I keep a notebook filled with the cards I receive so that I can enJOY them and use some of the great ideas!

Last year I spent the year in Africa in Cameroon as a hostel mom for missionary teenagers in Cameroon. This year I made a card and sent it to a lady who is serving as a hostel mom in one of our three hostels. She was a big encouragment to me when I was there.

I sent a homemade card to a lady that blessed me with a job last tax season. This lady did not know me but hired me. I will again get to work as a secretary in her office this tax season.

I sent about 25 cards this year. They were all hand made.
I do send recycled cards but only in the terms that they are cards that I have made previously that I have never used for some reason or another. I will pull them apart and use images or embellishments on other (better) cards.
Thanks for offering blog candy.

This year, I gave several cards to special cashiers in some of the stores where I shop. I just wanted to thank them for always being pleasant and helpful and making shopping so much easier.
