Every day I drop them off at school I tell them I love them and say a little prayer for safety. And today I did it in tears. 

I don’t have all the answers but waking up each week EXPECTING to see news of a school shooting and selfishly praying it is not my kids school is starting to tear me apart. 

I don’t want to argue, fight, or solve it on Facebook. And if you are a parent that feels the same, know you are not alone. And not knowing yet what to do doesn’t make us any less scared or wanting to be part of the change.
