Lady Bug,Lady Bug.

The image is from My Favorite Things -- PL ladybug.I used alcohol markers to color her.The frame is from Spellbinders-dotted frame. The inside dotted paper is from Hobby Lobby's brand of paper. The 3D flower is from Michael's brand of embellishments.
Hope everyone is enjoying their summer and you are all looking forward to some fall type temps,I know I am.The 90 degrees in the spring was a killer but it never seemed to let up.Time to start Christmas cards.

Birthday Flowers.

I bought this unmounted stamp from Outlines Rubber Stamp Company(summer breeze 1-1147) a long time ago and decided I would use a larger card body than A 2.I used an A7 from Hobby Lobby's line of paper products. The rest of the paper is from DCWV.I colored the image with markers.
My stamping friend Michelle came over and spent the afternoon playing in my stamp room while we listened to Adele's 21,great way to spend an afternoon.Come back next week I have news of a giveaway just in time for tax day.

Calendar Swap

My BFF in Ohio is hosting a perpetual calendar swap. They are those long calendars that CTMH sells.I have May and July. You make 12 of each month and when all is said and done you have a whole years worth to put on a new calendar. The flower is from a CTMH set called From me to you #D1427.Tomorrow I tackle July, after I clean up my space...looks like a tornado hit the place.
